Agreements

Rain or shine event. All tickets sales final. NO REFUNDS. Ticket transfers OK via ticketspice. Avoid ticket scams. No dogs allowed, except service animals as defined by the ADA and you must get approval via email at celestfest@gmail . No drones or unapproved amplified music.

We are choosing a sober container to enter into the same conscious space together. We appreciate plant medicine, but by attending you are agreeing to leave any psychedelics, alcohol, marijuana and other substances behind.

Vending is allowed for all participants during the Marketplace at a designated time on Monday. 

We are creating a village and ask that everybody volunteer 2-3 hours of their time and talents to the extent they wish to and are able. Supporting in this way brings an even greater sense of belonging.

**For ticket purchasers - If trying to modify your ticket or add something to it, go to the bottom of your confirmation email and click "Set up account now". Once you set up an account with ticketspice, you'll be able to add something to your ticket.

IMPORTANT INFO

* FESTIVAL GATES OPEN 11AM ON FRIDAY.

* RECOMMENDED ARRIVAL 11AM-4PM. Opening Circle starts at 5pm. Dinner 6:30pm-8:00pm.

* CLOSING CIRCLE ENDS ON MONDAY AROUND 5PM.

* LATEST CHECK OUT 7PM on Monday.

* DAILY GATES OPEN AT 9AM & CLOSE AT 10PM

* NO ENTRY AFTER 10PM - the Weber Park gate will be closed, and you won't be able to enter after 10pm.

* FINAL DAILY FLOW & other info will be posted on the website a week before the festival.

VENUE

* WEBER MEMORIAL PARK in Huntsville, UT, is on the way to Causey Reservoir, 70 mins north of SLC, 30 mins east of Ogden.

* NO CELL PHONE RECEPTION at Weber and about 2 miles heading into the venue. Please show ID and credit card used to purchase the ticket upon arriving to claim your ticket.

* There is a nearby spot just down the road with cell reception and the Weber camp host has a landline for emergencies.

* NO WIFI AVAILABLE. Let's unplug together!

* SPRING WATER onsite for drinking.

MEALS

*Organic and/or local ingredients, as much as possible.
*All dairy (even omnivore option) will be served on the side, and there are minimal, if any, night shades in the dishes.
