We gather to co-create a loving, supportive, and safe container to dance, sing, play, grow, be our authentic selves, and convene with nature and spirit. May our co-creation and heart-forward energy ripple out to the collective! We will be nourished through new connections and friendships, scrumptious, nutrient dense food, and yummy music!

Agreements

Rain or shine event. All tickets sales final. NO REFUNDS. Ticket transfers OK via ticketspice. Avoid ticket scams. No dogs allowed, except service animals as defined by the ADA and you must get approval via email at celestfest@gmail . No alcohol, illegal drugs, marijuana, or psychedelics. No drones or unapproved amplified music.

Due to the nature of this venue and to allow for the enjoyment of all participants, please be mindful of the tent space you are taking up. Bring a suitable sized tent for the amount of people sleeping in it. For example, don't bring a large 6 person tent for 2 people.

Vending is allowed for anyone during the Marketplace only on Monday.

We are creating a village and ask that everybody volunteer 2-3 hours of their time and talents to the extent they wish to and are able. Supporting in this way brings an even greater sense of belonging.

* FESTIVAL GATES OPEN 11AM ON FRIDAY.

* RECOMMENDED ARRIVAL 11AM-4PM. Festivities start at 5pm. Dinner 6:30pm-8:00pm.

* LATEST CHECK OUT 5PM on Monday.

* DAILY GATES OPEN AT 9AM & CLOSE AT 11PM.

* CARPOOL IF YOU CAN. Find a carpool buddy at our Facebook event page. MAKE FRIENDS!

* FINAL DAILY FLOW & other info will be posted on the website a week before the festival.

VENUE

* CAMP KIESEL in Huntsville, UT, is just past Causey Reservoir. 75 mins north of SLC, 40 mins east of Ogden.

* NO CELL PHONE RECEPTION at Camp Kiesel and about 4 miles heading into the venue. Please pull up your QR Code & also map Camp Kiesel on your phone at least 10 mins before arriving there.

* WIFI IS AVAILABLE for emergencies. Let's unplug together!

* SHOWERS ARE AVAILABLE. They are near the bunkhouse rooms. You can also dip in the natural, clear waters.

* SPRING WATER onsite for drinking.
